Refund policy

At Lumière Keepsakes, each product is custom-made and personalized specifically for you. Because of this, we have a limited return policy outlined below.

All of our products are custom-made using the photo and text provided at the time of order.

Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
• Customer errors (spelling mistakes, incorrect text, or incorrect photo uploads)
• Changes of mind after the order has been placed

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

If there is an error on our part (such as incorrect engraving), we will correct the issue at no additional cost.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have already begun, and cancellations may not be possible.

Because all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.
